My process helps leaders of all kinds from all industries/professions upgrade their cognitive capabilities so that their mindset shifts and uploads to a higher evolved architecture. Think of it like this, upgrading your operating system within your hard drive (your brain) so that your software (your thoughts) come from a heightened perspective with more clarity, focus, and speed.

We are a collective consciousness and we are all full of energy, untapped, often times stuck but waiting to fulfill its positive purpose. If you direct this energy in a deliberate fashion and deepen your relationship with your higher-self, you can strengthen your connection with everyone you come into contact with as a leader, a mentor, and individual.  

My process of mindfulness incorporates the importance of taking the time to rewire the brain and considers physiology rather than simply repeating a mantra or telling someone to change their mindset using their mind. Rather than another cognitive approach to shifting mindset for increased productivity and results, my coaching and facilitating is experiential in nature, allowing for sustainable shifts,  or a brain first methodology.

As your physiology becomes anchored, my clients are taught how to engage their brains, shift out bodily stress, and get and stay connected with their inner being. With a quick daily practice similar to meditation and the use of intentional breathing individuals go from experiencing work stagnation, general fatigue and with reactionary communication styles to a relaxed state, fully engaged and present, authentic level of productivity with enlightenment and enhanced performance.

I came in needing a recharge and to expand the connection with myself. Today, as I leave, I let go of some “dead weight” and depression. I feel free and light. I didn’t know what to expect. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you! Such a great experience that I needed to recharge.

CREATE THE LIFE YOU LOVE

People ask me why I am doing what I am and why I feel so passionately about it.  It is a valid question. I spent twenty-five years in the medical field, the last 11 of those years alongside a world-renowned neurosurgical team. When our combined work was discontinued, I sought other ways to make a difference in this world as helping others resonated deeply within me.  After much research and inquiry and a discussion with a close friend about my yearning for self-discovery, my path led me to Higher Brain Living®.

I have Mastery level training and have facilitated this work alongside the founder Dr. Michael Cotton.   Dr. Cotton is a leading Evolutionary Theorist and the Founder of Higher Brain Living® with more than thirty years as a leading authority in personal and cultural transformation.I also have extensive development in the field of Ontology, or the study of the nature of being, becoming, or reality; the how-to of just being.

I have chosen to work with leaders in their industries (and in life in general) who are looking for a sustainable way to experience their higher selves as their demanding schedules and responsibilities steal their energy and concept of time.  I have worked with people from a variety of backgrounds who have all brought different experiences and perspectives to the table and I have helped them connect to their higher brain. I live every part of what I teach and have faith in the peace it has provided me. I delight in helping others have personal breakthroughs in the face of challenges.

I am passionate about empowering others to move their lives forward from new levels of awareness to consciously create the lives they desire from a new state of mind.
