We are a collective consciousness and we are all full of energy, untapped, often times stuck but waiting to fulfill its positive purpose. If you direct this energy in a deliberate fashion and deepen your relationship with your higher-self, you can strengthen your connection with everyone you come into contact with as a leader, a mentor, and individual.
My process of mindfulness incorporates the importance of taking the time to rewire the brain and considers physiology rather than simply repeating a mantra or telling someone to change their mindset using their mind. Rather than another cognitive approach to shifting mindset for increased productivity and results, my coaching and facilitating is experiential in nature, allowing for sustainable shifts, or a brain first methodology.
As your physiology becomes anchored, my clients are taught how to engage their brains, shift out bodily stress, and get and stay connected with their inner being. With a quick daily practice similar to meditation and the use of intentional breathing individuals go from experiencing work stagnation, general fatigue and with reactionary communication styles to a relaxed state, fully engaged and present, authentic level of productivity with enlightenment and enhanced performance.
